Tatiyana is an associate at Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation. Her practice is primarily focused on family law and she also practices in the areas of wills and estates and residential real estate. Tatiyana was born and raised in Manitoba and spent most of her life in the Winnipeg area as part of the Ukrainian community. She attended the University of Manitoba where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (with Distinction) in 2006 prior to her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2009.
In recognition of her abilities in legal research and writing, Tatiyana received the Max and Manly Isaacs Prize in Legal Methods from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. In addition, she volunteered her time and was actively involved in numerous Faculty of Law activities and programs, including the Manitoba Law Students' Association as Graduation Committee Chair (2008 - 2009). Tatiyana completed her articles with a large Winnipeg firm and thereafter joined a mid-sized Winnipeg firm where she practiced for 8 years. She joined Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation in October 2018.
Tatiyana is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She was elected in 2011 to the MBA executive of the Young Lawyers Section and served from 2011-2016. Tatiyana is also a current member of the MBA Law Day Organizing Committee, since January 2014. Tatiyana received her collaborative certification in May, 2017 from Collaborative Practice Manitoba.
