Nihar Kaushal

Nihar received a Bachelor of Arts in Global Political Economy in 2013 and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law in 2016. Nihar articled with Levene Tadman Golub after law school and was called in 2017. Nihar Kaushal is an associate with Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation, and a member of both the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. Her legal practice focuses on assisting people with their family law matters.

 In June 2023, Nihar was also appointed as a part-time Committee Member of the Adult Abuse Registry by the Government of Manitoba. In that capacity, she reviews cases of reported adult abuse and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to protect vulnerable adults.

 In June 2025, Nihar joined the Manitoba Bar Association’s Family Law Section Executive as a Member-at-Large.
